10 Business Secrets for Entrepreneurs

So, you are an entrepreneur and that's super! You are providing something to the world that makes world better or somebody's life more interesting or easier. Welcome to the club! However good to know those simple and important secrets (some of them you have have come across already):

to succeed in business you should to focus on yourself
Focus on client, find your target audience and do all just for it. Manager need to focus on employees so they can do their job efficient. That's actually all true! However it's difficult to focus on your target customer or employees or etc etc if you don't have the right focus of yourself. You need to spend enough time to find yourself and find the balance inside you. If you are not well balanced in your inner world how can you try to balance the outside world? Before you start focusing on your clients and team in a proper way, try to focus on your needs and find the balance in your inner world.

you give up what you have started when the success is @"your door"
One of the main failures of entrepreneurs is to give up things. The main problem here is that they give up things without knowing that the success was knocking at their door the following day, that they were very close to their success. Majority of the problems start really when you are finishing. Think of a long run or marathon@ start is quite easy and at the end you are nearly dead however the difference between long run and business is that in long run you see where the finish and in business you should feel it and be patient to wait and be persistent (stubborn if you want) to keep on going.

not all the difficulties can be foreseen
We write business plans and try to make market analysis however not all the difficulties can be foreseen. Some of the difficulties that happen can be turned into opportunities. And you need to be ready to maneuver and think according to the circumstances instead of giving up just because things happen not according to the plan.

the worst enemy of your business is you
Majority of the entrepreneurs see their goal to knock down the rivals however they don't notice that the main rival is themselves. They keep themselves busy fighting with rivals instead of focusing on business development and innovative ideas. Be different and focus on your business and yourself and you won't have rivals and be busy with happy and devoted customers.

you can succeed in business even without reaching the final goal
You have started the business and this is your success, you have made first steps and sales and this is a success. All the way consists of small wins. Celebrate each one and keep sailing to the main goal.

real success in business comes slowly however you can always speed up the course of events
Real business values need time to grow like any plant or tree. They can become values overnight, they needs months and years. You can jump over 1 km of distance however you can choose the right way and follow your right way creating great business values. You can learn how to run the distance quicker and master skills over coming problems and yes, you will move quicker and get wiser and learn each time.

business and sales start at the same time
YES! sales starts from the moment you have an idea and try to explain ("sell") it to your friends and family, sales start with company name, website design, product development, concepts design. When we decide to start the business, sales happen to be in every single step of the journey.

motivate yourself and it will be easier to motivate others
People management is a difficult science. Having emotions, people are quite difficult to control however! you probably have noticed that some managers have no problem with it. And the reason why is that they start with themselves! They motivate themselves and this emotional intelligence helps to be a great leadership example for team members.

it's easy to make customer happy if you are happy
Put your time and efforts to create and deliver a great product and you will be happy to serve more and more happy customers instead of resolving complaints.

anyone can achieve success in business
Business is not a gamble. Success is coming after following the plan, calculating risks, responding effectively to problems and working hard. Entrepreneur is a jack of all trades. Only having knowledge in many business aspects can help him to react quickly to the situation and be creative with opportunities. Practicing and "swimming" in the business world can help to gain skills and get education where the gap occurs. No time for games. This is acting and reacting. and lots of self satisfaction for creating something new and good for the world and people!

All of us want a great team and decent salary. Job we enjoy and no stress. However not always we have what we dream about. And even in those situations we say: "No, that's fine. Well, not my dream job however it's ok. I can survive still." Nothing bad about feeling comfortable at work. However even imaginable satisfaction can bring to general calming down effect which can be also imaginable. This is where the danger hidden.
Calming down is good however analyzing and taking action is better. So what are the signs when it's time to move? Several psychologists point out main signs about time for moving on. Let's have a look.
  • you retain status-quo

Active Sales and How They Work on Sunday Markets

At least once in your life you should have visited a Sunday market. And you have probably noticed that from some sellers you want to buy more than from others and if you come back to the market you are more likely to look for them again. In the first sight you may think what kind of sales strategy or sales techniques can be used at ordinary Sunday market? Just get a nice place where you are well seen, show your goods and wait for customers. Sure this works however the sellers are not only in the central place or first rows and sometimes we still go and look for them.

There are some stages of a classical sales system:
  • Preparation
  • Attracting attention
  • Making contact
  • Presentation
  • Offer
  • Work with objections
  • Conditions negotiation
  • Deal support
Let's walk through this classical system of sales using an example of a Sunday market fruits selling.

Preparation
This is the presentation preparation stage. All the fruits are cleaned and polished, organized by size or color or whatever make them look better for the customer. Customer is buying with eyes and the goods should be presented in all the glory. Potential customer must be willing to buy.

Attracting attention
Everything is in use: bright uniform, big hats, funny or loud voice and greetings, funny or bright signs that attract customer attention. Customer needs to pay attention. If he doesn't come to have a closer look or seller doesn't catch his attention then there will be simply no sale.

Making contact
"Hi" and "How are you?". Small talk about nice day and some compliments for the customer. Nothing extra and all nicely framed with some advice what to buy. Here is the contact established.

Presentation
"Have a look at the great fruits I have here! Those are extremely fresh and tasty! I have apples, pears...." and yes, customer is buying with eyes however audio accompanying visual presentation is covering at least 2 types of customers (audials and visuals). As soon as the stopped his glance on one of the fruits the presentation goes even deeper and there you can touch and try the fruits. Presentation keeps on going till customer asks "How much?".

Offer
The offer is prepared in advance "The price is 5 euro/kg" however (if any hesitation noticed) 4 euro/kg just for you (individual approach!).

Working with objections
"Why so expensive?" will ask the customer. "Freshly delivered from the farm, grown by myself, 100% organic" (replies to the questions with objections are ready in advance.)

Conditions negotiation
"OK, 2 kilos for 8 euro" and if he puts a bit more then price is a bit higher. "And here are plums. Want to try?" and sale goes on.

Deal support
"Let me put it for you in a nice bag and here is my flyer and you get discount for next purchase."

So simple and straight forward however something can be learnt from this:
  1. Following all the sales stages properly makes sale more effective and increases number of transactions.
  2. Customer is buying with eyes. This opportunity should be given.
  3. Without attracting customer's attention there's no sale.
  4. Minimum of instruments (prepared in advance) should be used for making contact.
  5. In the presentation there's no need to have a deep dive in product qualities straight away. Product qualities should be uncovered layer by layer and step by step.
  6. Is customer is asking questions, customer has interest.
  7. Offer should be made only when customer shows interest.
  8. All customer questions should be answered as this increases the level of trust.
  9. Negotiate the conditions of the deals in the beginning.
  10. No need to sell everything at once. Sell one product and then move to another one.
  11. Selling to existing client is easier than to a new one.
  12. Deal support and service increases customer satisfaction and loyalty.
And what have you observed at a market?

10 Mistakable Points of View When Opening

Probably the person who never thought about opening his own business doesn't exist. At least the time for thinking about this hasn't come for this guy yet :) Everyone makes mistakes so the entrepreneurs beginners. However at least those 10 can be avoided or minimized at the early stage.

Mistake 1. To open a business you need a lot of money

This one is probably the most common thing. If you have a great idea and you are willing to act that won't stop. Why? Because your initial investment is your time and efforts and getting money for implementation is secondary just because you can get in on the go and lots of things are FREE. And you can use a lot of free ways to get your initial funds even without asking investors or funds etc. Also so many grants exist to fund great idea. Research locally! Still questioning yourself how?? ASK ME then I will guide you.

Mistake 2. To open a business you need network of specific people

Similar to previous one. In you haven't started your own business where will the network appear? I'm not talking about family business in this case. As far as you move ahead with your idea and business you will start getting in touch with people and companies you need for your business and it will grow and it all depends on you. Proven fact.

Mistake 3. No clear vision of what you want to do

No idea means no business. You need to understand clearly what you want to sell, produce or supply. It doesn't matter whether your idea is yours and unique or you borrowed/copied it from somebody else. You need to have the idea and understanding what is behind it i.e. steps to take, processes, results to achieve.

Mistake 4. No business plan

Consider business plan as steps to implement your idea. Your idea is an objective in this case and business plan is an action plan. Consider the resources you need to put all on paper. "I have all in my head" - NOT WORKING. Trust me as soon as you start writing you will find out more things to do, actions to take and even new ideas will come.

Mistake 5. Opinion you need specific skills and knowledge to start your business

Sure about that? Have a look in the web and search for article about Steve Jobs or Bill gates. Did you know they haven't finished universities and? Life is the best teacher and believe me that majority of the knowledge you get from universities won't be helpful because life, technology and everything changes so quickly that it can't be implemented in the curriculum same quick and the knowledge you get will prevent you from thinking as you will constantly try to use the templates and frames you have learnt instead of thinking on your own.

Mistake 6. Too much of self confidence

Good and bad. Be careful about this one. Stop thinking you are a super lucky guy and act planning ahead and thinking ahead. Surely mistakes will be made however take them as an experience and try to avoid in the future.

Mistake 7. Listening to other people's advice. Listening too much!

Yes, don't listen. You do something they have never done to be different as they are. You are on your own at the beginning and be ready people won't support in majority of the cases. They don't really care however their nature is something that makes them give you advice and share point of view. Be ready to be against everyone and yes.. when you succeed they will always say that's them who helped. :) Find people who think like you or those who did similar stuff and learn from them. Much more useful as appeared to be in practice.

Mistake 8. Business for two..

When you do that and you trust still make sure to talk over details in advance. Never think best friends remain best friends. You never know. I think friendship or family relationship is a lot more important than business so make sure you avoid all potential problems that may potentially appear by having initial agreement about everything that possible comes to your mind before the big start.

Mistake 9. Leaving things till Monday or best moment

OK. easy here: you will never start if you don't act. Keep on postponing as someone is already implementing your great idea while you are waiting for your best moment and perfect conditions :)

Mistake 10. Not enough time

Oh yes! have you heard about time management and effective usage of your time? Well life is too short to waste unless that is your goal. So in case you want you can find time for things you want to do. Just a quick exercise for you: for 1 week write down everything you do hourly and you will easily find the things you do for which you don't get money. then make a simple calculation by multiplying the number of wasted hours by your average hourly rate and you will see how much money have you wasted. Still no time to start?

The way begins with the first step.

7 Ways to Become a Man of Action

1. Stop waiting for ideal conditions

If you wait until conditions become ideal, you'll probably never start working. Almost always there will be something that will stop you. Either time an appointment is not suitable or market crashed, or excessively large competition in place. In this world there is no perfect time to start a business. You have to act and solve problems. The best time was last year. Second chance is right now.

2. Be a man of action

Train yourself in performing and acting rather than thinking your steps over. Trying to start to do sports? Need to talk to your boss about performance? Do it now. The longer lives an idea in mind, the weaker it becomes. After two or three days, the details begin to blur. A week later you forget your idea. Becoming a man of action, you will be able to do more and stimulate the emergence of fresh ideas.

3. Remember that ideas alone do not bring success

Ideas are important, although they become something substantial only when they are implemented. 1 implemented idea is worth a dozen of the smartest ideas whose owners are waiting for the best time to start. If you have an idea that you really believe in, do something. When you start you won't escape.

4. Use action to frighten your fears

Have you ever noticed that the most difficult part of taking a public speech is actually waiting for your turn? All professional speakers and artists feel the same excitement before performance or speech. As soon as they start talking, excitement disappears. Action is the best way to frighten your fear. The hardest thing to act is to take the first step and do something first time. As you start, you gain confidence, and it becomes easier and easier to keep on going. Eliminate fear by taking action and build on the success of confidence.

5. Start your creativity mechanism automatically

One of the worst misinterpretations of the creative process is that you should start working only when inspiration comes. If you wait until inspiration does not fall on your head you will act fairly infrequently and with long intervals. Instead of waiting for inspiration start working and creativity will come along. If you need to write something then take a pen and start doing that. Your brain will switch on the creativity mechanism as soon as you will start doing something.

6. Live in your present

Focus on what you can do now. Do not worry about what you should have done last week or what you will do tomorrow. The only time that you can change is now. Even if you think about yesterday or tomorrow you can't act in those times.

7. Act immediately

Usually people prefer to have a small talk before business meetings. The same happens to those who work alone. How often do you check your mailbox and Facebook before you start serious work? These distractions will cost you dearly if you do not learn to ignore them and get to work immediately. Starting to work immediately you will find out within yourself fresh sources of productivity see you as a leader and great manager of your own resources.

You need to be a very organized person to get down to business without the help of others, without a command from the above. This is probably why right motivation is the key. In companies managers have to find the right motivation for the employees to start and keep them concentrated on working. Do not miss the wave of your motivation. Acting people are always noticeable either for themselves when they have things done or for the managers in the companies by seeing them as high performers.

7 Web Marketing Lessons from a 6 year old Kid

Children see the world in a simple, but very wise perspective. We, as grown ups, apply everything we have learnt and whatever we have learnt is the experience exchange coming from our educational and social backgrounds, MBAs and master degrees. Kids see the world simpler and therefore the ideas they have are wise and unique. Interesting enough that if you have an idea and you are able to present it to a kid and this kid gets it, then everyone else with understand it.
So this is what I have learnt and willing to share.
1. We are skeptics
"Why should I do this? Why should I buy this unnecessary at first sight thing? Why do I need to eat vegetables? "- Six years old children and your target audience have one thing in common: they are constantly asking questions. This is their way to learn something new and, ultimately, become more intelligent.
Be prepared to honestly and quickly respond to all questions, so you will win the trust - either children or adults as your potential customers. Learn to find a common language with any companion and have a constructive dialogue.
Question: "Why should I deal with you?".
Correct answer: "We care about you, we have something that will help you succeed in business, something that will make your life better!".
Wrong answer: "We are targeting customers like you using methods of semantic analysis. The use of secret techniques allows us to get the highest ROI in the industry! ".
2. Incentives/right motivations make the world move forward
Ask six year old child to help you wash the dishes round 6 am on Saturday. Can you imagine what kind of face expression will you get in return? Now imagine that you wake the kid at the same time on Saturday morning to remind him that it's time to go for a long-awaited trip to the amusement park. You have a chance to see the most radiant smile in your life!
When designing landing pages, use a similar principle: make sure that your page has incentives that resonate with the goals and needs of the target audience. Offer visitors some reward for what they are, for example, fill out your lead form - a discount on merchandise, a free download trial version, download eBook, subscribe to the newsletter, and so on. i.e. give them an incentive that they can not but accept.
Question: "Why should I deal with you?".
Correct answer: "We will give you a chance to learn for free something new, we will help you free of charge succeed in your business."
Wrong answer, "Because I said so!".
3. "Serious" means "boring"!
Think about your childhood and lots of fun comes to mind and definitely not boring and endless "quiet hours", right? Now remember, both children and adults are in need for emotional involvement!
Business is a serious stuff, no doubt about it, and, of course, there are times when you need to put on a strict gray suit and go to the bank for a loan or take part in negotiations to sing an important contract. But when you write a title or other content for your landing page it does not need to be "buttoned": It is desirable to keep a balance between the serious meaning of your offer and an easy going tone of its presentation.
Do not be afraid to use some "frivolous" color and font design solutions for your offer, do not adhere to a strict formal tone (no extreme stuff!).
Question: "Why should I deal with you?".
Correct answer: "We are aggressive enough to achieve these objectives, we are able to laugh at our own mistakes, easy to perceive constructive criticism, and are not offended by comments made to us and you can with us  without harm to your mental health!". :)))
Wrong answer: (you silently demonstrate complicated black and white chart, made in Excel).
4. People are afraid of unwanted surprises
Remember the "good old days" when the entire Internet was winking as traffic lights, showing the wildest-looking graphics and animation published and the amazing sounds were heard when the page loaded? The effect produced by all this splendor on the inexperienced user was approximately comparable to the way children are hiding from the clown, invited by their parents to the sixth birthday. Adult clown seems ridiculous, but the kids run away in fright.
The same thing happens with the landing page: intrusive and unnecessary page elements deter users as the most "scary clown." Ease of graphic and text content landing page - this is your main priority.
Question: "Why should I deal with you?".
Correct answer: "We prefer a simple and intuitive design of the page, we want the user feel on it comfortably, our calls to action are to describe what will press on this button the downloading of a file begins or you sign up for our webinar, and so on."
Wrong answer: "Click here!".
5. Everyone loves pleasant surprises
Scary clown from childhood falls into the category of unpleasant surprises. But there are also pleasant surprises! Keep this in mind when communicating with your target audience: send to your subscribers or leads unexpected, but pleasant, to be exact a free and useful information/offer. Get used to think beyond as your subscription base may, for example, become a full-fledged information channel that can help to retain existing and attract new customers (instantaneous conversion advertising messages/mails usually leads to failure).
Question: "Why should I deal with you?".
Correct answer: "Because we want you to be happy."
Wrong answer: "Because we know better what is good for you and healthy!".
6. Simplicity and elegance
Without any doubt, our adult world is suffering from information overload. In a world of six-year olds the situation is better as the child is not yet saturated with useless knowledge and information, his world is simple and it is a place of fantasy. Check out this statement by experimenting: encourage your child to choose from the most popular video game on the market and a simple cardboard box and he is likely to choose the box that the power of his imagination can turn into anything - a racing car, a tank or a spaceship.
Children have an amazing ability to turn simple things into genuine works of art, give them a pencil and a sheet of paper, and you make sure that the children's possibilities are endless. Your landing pages should be so simple that they could use and child. A lot of choice - you have already seen it from both consumer and web marketer perspective - often leads users to a deny any choice and run away.
Question: "Why should I deal with you?".
Correct answer: "We increase customer loyalty by bringing them to your site, especially if they are already interested in your product."
Wrong answer: "Our re-targeting techniques are based on complex semantic models for manipulating user behavior."
7. People need only structured information
Children go to kindergarten to get basic life skills for the real world. The most important of these skills are learning the basics of a structured thinking. Growing up, people use the same method to achieve the highest professionalism: a boy that was making a tower out of blocks can become a worldwide recognized architect and a very sociable kid can become a UN Secretary General. But the basic elementary knowledge is literacy and numeracy that our heroes acquired in childhood.
Same with the target audience as your user first sees your brand, hitting on your landing page. Take the time to give him a basic understanding of why it is beneficial to cooperate with you. Give the user an opportunity to learn more about you the most simple and easy way. This is facilitated by a persuasive text offer, intuitive call to action, a simple and attractive design of the page.
Question: "Why should I buy your product / service?".
Correct answer: "Look at this video and you will understand that we are the best design Bureau!".
Wrong answer: "Our products speak for themselves. Unless you are so stupid that they can not understand it? ".

7 Ways to Miss a Sale

1 Premature reaction to customer complaints

Despite the fact that it is possible and it is necessary to anticipate possible criticism of consumers towards goods or services and to prepare for it, there is nothing worse than to come up with a problem connected to your product/service and try to respond to it to your customer who hast't said it aloud yet.

Trying to explain something in advance, you are automatically in a defensive position and look unsure of the true values that are selling.

How to avoid this situation: When dealing with a potential customer, never start the phrase with the words: "You may be wondering ..." or "You may ask yourself ..."

2 Give the initiative to customer to lead conversation

How often promotional mailing end with offers to potential clients to call or contact the addressee in another way in the case of "if you're interested," or "to find out more." And how often the authors of these mailings are complaining that they do not receive any response.

No wonder: they are asking the client to do their work for them.

How to avoid this situation: Keep the ball in your territory. Instead of above mentioned proposals write something like: "I'll call you next week to discuss the possibilities of our future cooperation."

3 Sale of characteristics instead of the real effect of customer problem being solved

Unbelievable but true: some marketers really believe that consumers buy a product because it has some desired functionality. So they continually list those same functions with the hope that at least one of them will awake interest in a potential customer.

In fact, customers are primarily interested in the impact that the purchase will have on their lives or businesses.

How to avoid this situation: Find out why your target customer wants to buy your product and not someone else's. And sell it using the characteristics of your product as possible arguments to ensure this result.

4 Hypocritical credibility

Like it or not, but at the very moment when your customer starts thinking you just want to sell him something and nothing else, you enter into an uphill battle for his confidence in your product. The most common variant of this tactic - first of all during the "cold" call to ask "How are you feeling?", "How are you?". People start feeling sick of your call.

How to avoid this situation: Keep your dignity and professionalism, do not to go beyond the conventional forms of politeness - as long as you do not actually win the credibility of the person, which could take weeks.

5 Failure to fulfill promise

The sad truth is for consumers sales are people who are by default, crooks, until proven otherwise. Building relationships with clients to the degree of trust is a long way.

So, don't count on sympathy until you fulfill everything that agreed with the client on. One failure - and you're out of the game.

How to avoid the situation: Take one obligation at a time and only those obligations that you are 100% sure.

6 More chatting than attention to detail

One of the most common mistakes. When you have something to sell, so easy to fall into a certain agitation and then try to "force the deal" by your own eloquence. Clients actually find this extremely annoying.

How to avoid this situation: Redefine the sales process in your mind as a passive activity for the most part, which is primarily in listening to the customer's wishes, attention to detail and responding to his words and actions.

7 Interpretation of "closing the deal" as "the end of the process"

Maybe it's a consequence of a failure of terminology, but most companies and individual entrepreneurs perceive "closing the deal" as the end of all the actions.

This is just THE beginning. When you close the deal the next step to be is you start to build a relationship that could result in long-term cooperation.
And it is much easier and more profitable than the conclusion of a deal.

How to avoid the situation: Always keep in mind the long-term partnership, not a one-time winner. Provide the best customer service to show that the greener grass is on your side.

3 Things to Learn Before Becoming and Entrepreneur

1 time management

People talk about it a lot, but majority of them have no idea or never owned this skill. The essence of time management is to learn not to put off the most important things for later.

Never deal with a bunch of "urgent" small things that do not work towards achieving your goals. Try to delegate them. If you decide to build your business learn to manage your own time. Do not tighten yourself in an endless abyss of solving problems in the family, with children, and other small household problems. Do business is you started to.

Successful entrepreneurs are able and know how to plan the working day, week and month, know the secrets to setting goals for the day, which they immediately reach.
Everything you need to know about time management - is that it's just a habit that will save you time and help with business growth.

Try on a new way of living and thinking, and I'm confident you will enjoy and surely become a successful entrepreneur.

2 before you start a business stop being suspicious

They say that vanity - the worst vice. But in business, the worst can be only one - mistrust in yourself, your skills and abilities, being suspicious. Starting entrepreneur thinks he must first explore all because he did not know how to start, keep, grow and do things.

All this is nonsense! While you sharpen your skills in something and try to learn, then most likely someone will bypass you and your idea compensating the lack knowledge of arrogance and adaptability to circumstances. It makes no sense to re-read a lot of clever books on business doing nothing in practice. Learn in the process! This is the greatest secret that will help you on your way to success, and can not be otherwise.

3 before you create a business, learn to be indifferent

You won't be able to build a business, if you are constantly "bitten" by your own doubts, and you constantly worry what kind of results you have achieved today. The only way to succeed is to be indifferent. You'll meet obstacles on the path to success, but you should always be the same. And even then, when you will have great sales, you can smile, but with indifference.

Remember, all your strength in indifference.  Step over and move on!

How to Set Goals. Old Like World Story and Very Useful

How to Set Goals

STEP 1

In order to set effective goals, firstly, you need to be clear and clearly understand WHY you set goals. You need to understand what objectives should be to achieve maximum efficiency on the way to your goals.

Before setting goals you need to understand:
1 What for do you need to set goals?
2 What are goals that you set?

STEP 2

In the second step, take a piece of paper and a pen.
Now imagine that from this moment 10 years have passed. Describe in detail how you live, how to spend your time, what you do. The more detailed your description is, the easier it will be in the stage of setting goals.

There is the first very important condition:
Write as if all this is happened.

That is, if you write that you want to make $ 10,000 / month, $ 11,000 / month, you'll never get. Assume that you set yourself a maximum upper limit not the one you dream of but the max you think you can reach.

The second important condition:
Write a lot and in detail - at least 2 pages of A4 typed or 4 A4 pages of written text.
This is just my advice on the topic, how to set goals. You are not required to comply with them, but try to fulfill, and suddenly everything will turn out the best way.

Here is a list of areas to make it easier to create a description for setting goals:

1 Your job / business
What are you doing
How much revenue you have
What is your level of responsibility
How many people do you manage
What prestige you have in your employment
How many hours a day you work
How many sources of income  do you have
What are the sources of income
2 Family
What lifestyle I provide for my family
What are my relationships within the family
Where do we live
In one house and the apartment we live
How do we arrange holidays
Where do we arrange holidays
How much time I spend with my family
What are your cars
3 Social services
Do I have friends
Which social groups I belong to
What are the benefits I bring to society
How can I positively influence this world

STEP 3

Now as you write the text, you can easily identify your goals.

And you have a clear description of the following things:
1 House / Apartment
2 business (s) / work
3 holiday s
4 cars etc..
5 things to do
6 traveling
7 family
8 your contribution to the society

STEP 4

Check whether you have set goal characteristics of effective goals. If yes, proceed to the next step. If not, go back to step 2 and make changes.

STEP 5

Now, for each of your goals you need to have the most accurate representation. That is, you have to know specifically what kind of car you want. Not suitable just say Mercedes. It must be said Mercedes-Benz CLK 500 silver.
Required parameters:

1) Brand
2) the model
3) Color
4) body type (coupe, sedan, convertible, wagon, pickup, minivan, etc.).
The point is, that in your mind should be a very clear picture of what you want. It's like the camera, move the maximum sharpness.

TIP: Find a suitable picture of your target, print it and hang it on the wall.

STEP 6

Choose your most important goals.
Here you have a list of 20 goals. Imagine that you can achieve only one goal from the list. Which would you choose? Circle this goal. Then, choose the next target on the same principle. Have the second priority target, and then the third. These are your 3 most important goals. Focus on their implementation.

STEP 7

Every day come back to three goals. Think about them as often as possible, imagine yourself having those things. Live them. Make yourself comfortable with these things. Do this at least 2 times a day.

AND it won't make you waiting! They will come true!

7 Questions Helping with Right Choice

How to make the right choices in work, business and life, which you will never have to regret. Something from a dream world, heh?

I want to tell you about the amazing and very simple technique with 7 questions that will assess the situation from different points of view, get rid of doubts and bring the ability to make the right choice to a new level. I have read about thing long time ago and found really useful. So sharing valuable stuff :)

WARNING: The answers will not always be like you, but in the end they will help you make the right decision.

1 What would you chose, if not your fear?

Unfortunately, too many decisions in our lives are taken for us on behalf of our own fears and stereotypes. Of course, successful businessman approach to the risks means person makes own choice, and also conscious about their fears. If you feel you have fears that create obstacles - write them down. Work through the list of all doubts and fears and carefully with someone who will help you to be objective. Sometimes the choice that we are scared of is the best for us.

2 What would you chose, if not for money?

Do you think that many great ideas have not been implemented due to lack of money? Or money missing due to the fact that these ideas were not implemented? Will you refuse your development and moving forward, if you feel that you don't have enough money? May sound unreal and coming from dream world but if you made the right choice - you will always find the money. Remember about crowd-funding. You can also ask for help your relatives, friends, acquaintances, or just give your network to know what you are looking for an investor. And let money, or rather lack of them, never stop you.

3 What is the best and the worst that could happen?

As a continuation of the previous two questions - draw on your paper mind map of all the possible consequences of all possible solutions. List the positive, negative, and minor tangible results that will lead to your choice. In most cases, the best solution would be so obvious.

4 What previous experience has taught me?

Any experiences - whether it's positive or negative - give us valuable lessons. Losses in our lives only occur when learnt no lesson from what happened. Take-off - it's the same valuable lesson, as well as fail experience. Remember what happened and think what to do different in same situation?

5 Is it in my opinion? Shares my point of view?

Ask yourself: do you really need it, or do you agree that you need it, although you make turn in the direction you don't want to go? After all, one of the main success factors is a sequence, so always keep in mind to question yourself whether a decision you are making is in the scope of your vision?

6. What do my body and soul tell me?

Remember your last choice that you regret - is your inner voice or the body did not give you signals that was better not to do so? If you feel physical discomfort when making a decision, or your inner voice quietly talks against your potential choice in life - listen to these signals. They may not coincide with what you are lean at the moment, but the subconscious is much more visible, as this choice will affect you in the future.

7 How will I watch myself in the mirror tomorrow?

Finally, about the future. What will you feel the next day after it will take a decision? If you are pride of it and  having a burst of energy and inspiration - you are on the right track. If you notice a shame or regret - do not ignore those feelings. If you are experiencing them now - prepare for the worst.

For a complete picture, think what you will experience as a result of you choice in a week / month / year. Take your time to think about the right decision.
